Most Companies always beleive in the do it my way or the highway management style and are scared to let their employees be creative. I have determined that the more you Influence and Motivate your team the better they do by making them feel like they are part of the team.

Motivation
A basic simple hello even when things are going bad can make the world of difference in a persons life. Every positive thing you say goes into an emotional bank that a person has and its like a atm you have to put money to take it out.
