Influence

Influence is the key to getting people on your team. The definition of influence is: the capacity or power of persons or things to be a compelling force on or produce effects on the actions, behavior, opinions, etc. The More influence that you have the better your results will be in any organization that you run or manage. You have to influence people so they feel needed and that what they do day in and day out matters!
